An order constitutes a binding offer to purchase upon submission. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and other altcoins. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. For cryptocurrency payments, the order is confirmed upon sufficient network confirmations.
We ship to all EU member states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €5.90 per order, with free shipping on orders exceeding €75. All shipments include tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or force majeure events.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@pepta-lab.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened or tampered products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Proper storage and handling of peptides and research compounds is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend storing lyophilized peptides at -20°C for long-term storage and 2–8°C for short-term use. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 30 days. We are not liable for product degradation resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
